The Procurement Centre of Excellence provides a procurement capability in a collaborative manner for its customers throughout The Home Office Group. At the heart of its operation are three firm foundations:

Supplier Relationship Management Programme
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) is being introduced to the Home Office Group to better manage business with major suppliers to the Home Office, i.e. those representing 60% of HO external spend.
SRM is defined to comprise of: a formally sourced contract, a formal governance and engagement structure, actively managed performance, savings & value tracked and reported and an effective multi-contract overview for suppliers with such business.

Performance Management
Responsible for procurement spend analysis, performance metrics, 'Value For Money', budget and finance management, risk management, management information, GPC card officer, business administration and OGC Performance Capability Review.
