Tender for Home Office Estates Facilities Management

The Home Office is implementing a restructuring of its facilities management service provision.  Expressions of interest are invited for up to six facilities management contracts serving the Department's non-custodial estate across the UK.  A number of Home Office customer groups will be taking FM services from these contracts.

The Department is seeking service providers that have the ability to participate proactively to develop an innovative facilities management service and ongoing value for money by means of a competitive dialogue procedure.  This will allow the Department flexibility to develop the solutions with tenderers, thus ensuring a better match with its requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and experienced service provider to bring their skills and professional expertise to the Department.
