The Home Office is implementing two new Estate Shared Service Centres (Custodial and General) responsible for the management of its estate. It is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide Estates Management Services across the UK.
National Providers are required for the provision of Estates Management Services which will serve a number of Home Office customer groups across three
The property portfolio to be serviced is geographically dispersed throughout England and Wales (plus a small number of premises in Scotland and Northern Ireland) although there is a concentrated presence in London, Sheffield and Liverpool. The premises include single rooms, major office buildings, prisons and detention facilities and other premises.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Estates Management provider to bring their skills and professional expertise to the department.
