Tender for Home Office Estates Review Programme Accommodation Help Desk Service

The Home Office is implementing shared services in the management of its non-custodial estate. It is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide and operate a new national Accommodation Help Desk.

A single supplier is required for the Help Desk which will service a number of Home Office customer groups in each UK region.  Nationally there will be up to six facilities management suppliers plus other specialists.

The property portfolio to be serviced through the contract comprises of a mix of mostly small-scale properties with some concentrations of larger properties in major cities including London and Liverpool.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and experienced help desk provider to bring their skills and professional expertise to the department.
