The Home Office is implementing two new Estate Shared Service Centres responsible for the management of its estate. The Authority is intending to procure a suite of framework agreements to support the Project Delivery function in the new Shared Estates.
It is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide services under the following frameworks:
Professional Services - a national one-stop-shop multi-disciplinary Professional Services framework agreement.
Fitout and Refurbishment - three regional Fitout and Refurbishment framework agreements.
The Professional Services framework providers will serve a number of Home Office customer groups with a wide range of services including but not limited to: Access Surveying (Disability Discrimination Act); Architecture; Asbestos Surveying; Building Services; Engineering Design; Building Surveying; Civil Engineering; Conservation Architecture; Environmental Management; Fire Engineering/Advice; General IT Advice/Design; General Security Advice/Design; Health & Safety; Land Surveying; Landscape Architecture; and Planning Supervision.
The Fitout and Refurbishment framework providers will provide services for the delivery of Interior Fitout Projects, Refurbishment Projects, General Construction Projects, Mechanical and Electrical Projects and New Build Projects.

The premises include single rooms, major office buildings, detention facilities and other premises.
